Nope.
You can find some being frankensteined together in china and india. But as far as I'm aware all the factories making the actual glass tubes are shut down. So nothing truly new is being made.The most complex part of a CRT to manufacture is the tube + coatings. The rest of the parts are pretty readily available/easy to manufacture.
