Zspin Understanding of theme elements

hello. I thought I would try and make a theme with photoshop and google web designer.
and need a little understanding of how theme making works.
I was goint to try my main menu like in the image where video and 4 pieces of art on each layout
my question is , as this is a main menu can I use artwork 1-4 folders in main menu for reloadable images or do I have to make each main menu layout in webdesigner

To load default artwoks just rename in the code your picture: Artwork1.png Artwork2.png, etc, etc.... Artwork10.png if you want^^
For videos it's Video.mp4

I've tried weather and clock they work good although I need to find good versions for a theme before posting findings here, but I'm wondering if anyone knows if it would be possible to have a visual graphic equalizer that would respond to the video.mp4
