Aide à l'achat d'une config pas cher

Voila tout est dans le titre je cherche a acheter une config carte-mère, processeur, ram pour 4 projet de mini neogeo pour mes nièces a environ 120/150 euros ,sachant que pour 2 j'ai déjà des carte graphique pci express donc faudrait qu'elle ai aussi un chipset graphique intégré merci d'avance.(exclusivement pour la hfs box et la futur zspin plus emulateur ppssppp,playstation et wii)
